In your session you’ll be shown how your business numbers can help you build a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable Transformation Business and Transformerpreneur lifestyle.

Before the session every Transformerpreneur is asked to complete three simple and straightforward preparation tasks to allow sufficient time for Richard to review and prepare your information so that your time together will be as productive as possible.

Richard is looking forward to meeting you at your session and exploring how your numbers can provide a realistic, robust, and flexible framework with which to evolve your business and lifestyle.

Your three preparation tasks.

We recommend setting aside at least an hour to complete the tasks and collate your data, depending on how organised and available it is. Do your best to provide as much information as you can, but remember we can fill in the blanks and discuss and refine any details in your session.

All information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.

(>10 minutes) Complete a quick registration and housekeeping questionnaire.

2. (>45 minutes) Add your product income details and your overhead expenses to a Google Sheet template.

3. (>05 minutes) Schedule your session and pay your 50% deposit.

Your appointment will be confirmed only when all three tasks are completed.

Please complete the tasks in the order they’re listed.

Remember you can email any time if you have problems or questions.

Answer the questions and add information to the degree you feel comfortable with.
Everything will be treated in the strictest confidence.
If you’re not sure of exact amounts just provide estimates.

1. Complete a quick registration questionnaire.

The questionnaire is designed to provide Richard with enough information about you and your business to ensure your session is tailored to your current situation and business context.

It should take no longer than 5 to 10 minutes and must be completed and submitted in one sitting. If you close the browser window or quit you’ll have to start again. However, you can edit your answers after submitting them. You’ll receive an email from Google Forms with a link to re-edit your answers.

2. Add your income and overheads to a Google Sheet.

Click button below to open the Finance Health Check ‘FHC v.x.x Template’.
You’ll be prompted to make a copy of the spreadsheet to your Google Drive.
Once your copy is opened click on the spreadsheet name to the top left to edit its name.
Change ‘Template’ to your name and remove ‘Copy of’.
For example change ‘Copy of FHC v.1.1 Template’ to ‘FHC v.1.1 FirstName LastName’.

Now, go ahead and start to add your data following the instructions provided in the template.

You’ll find instructions for entering your Income in the Inc. tab below the examples.
When you hover over cells with a light grey background a note may appear with specific instructions.

Points to remember.

Only fill in the light grey background cells, leave everything else as it is.
Be consistent with the currency you are using when entering amounts.
The currency you use when entering amounts should match the currency you entered in the questionnaire.
Don’t expand any areas of the sheets by clicking the ‘+’ buttons in the left and top borders unless asked to.
If you do expand any areas by mistake just close them again by clicking the ‘-’ button.

Do what you can.

Try and complete the spreadsheet in as much detail as you can, but don’t worry if you can’t find all the information requested. We can fill in the blanks during the session.

When you’ve finished.

Click the ‘SHARE’ button to the top right of the spreadsheet and enter and hit ‘Send’. Please make sure the sharing privileges are set to ‘Can edit’.

If you don’t share your completed spreadsheet with Richard he won’t know you’ve completed all the tasks and so won’t be able to confirm your session. Also, without access he’ll be unable to make pre-session checks and preparations or access and make changes to your information during your appointment.

3. Schedule your session and pay your 50% deposit.

Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment there is no need to contact Richard directly; you can make any necessary changes by clicking the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' button in the 'New Appointment' confirmation email that will be sent to you when you make your booking.
